Stanton Albert McCool Jr was born on 23 Nov 1914 in Neosha Falls, Kansas.^[1] He was the son of Stanton McCool and Nora Wallace.

In the 1920 census Stanton (age 5) was the son of Stanton A McCool in Woodson, Kansas, United States.^[2]

In the 1930 census Stanton (age 15) was the single son of Stanton A Mccool in Seneca, Nemaha, Kansas, United States.^[3]

Stanton married Loretta Mary Wempe (1911-2006), reportedly on 16 Aug 1937 in Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas.

• They would have about four children together.

In the 1940 census Stanton (age 25) was the married head of household in San Diego Judicial Township, San Diego, California, United States.^[4]

Stanton registered for the draft on 14 Mar 1944 in Elma, Grays Harbor, Washington, United States.^[1]

Stanton died (age 87) on 22 Oct 2002 in Clallam County, Washington, United States.^[5] He was buried in 2002 in Mount Angeles Memorial Park in Port Angeles, Clallam, Washington, United States.^[6]
