Thomas was born in 1862. He was the son of Thomas McCormack. He passed away in 1891.
Mr Thomas McCormack, who met with such serious injuries while re turning from the Cobram Cemetery on Wednesday week, died on Suuday last, the cause of death being fracture of the base of the skull. From the time of receiving the in juries until his death the poor fellow never regained consciousness, although every effort was made by Dr Kennedy to restore him. The deceased was 29 years of age, and unmarried. The greatest sympathy is felt throughout the district for his relatives, more especially his aged mother, in their sudden bereavement, as it is but a few weeks sinceher husband was called away. The funeral took place on Tuesday, the large number which fol- lowed the remains to the Cobram Cemetery testifying to the high esteem in which the deceased and his family were held. Messrs Levings Bros con ducted the funeral arrangements in a fitting manner.[1]
