Biography
Veteran of WW1 and WW2.
Hugh married Eleanor Maria Paynter in 1926 in Boston. On the marriage license, he was from Saint John, New Brunswick, the son of Samuel McCormick and Letitia McDonald, occupation barber. Hugh and Eleanor were in Massachusetts in 1930.
The obit for Hugh McCormick said he was a life-long resident of Saint John. His death record and obit gave the same parents that were on his marriage record. His occuption was barber, and he was a single man.
Hugh was buried in Saint John with a military headstone.
