Mary Lorraine Anderson 66 Boone Iowa died July 27, 2003. Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. tuesday at the First United Methodist church. The REv Larry D. LaVelle will officiate. Burial will be in Linwood park Cemetery. Mrs Anderson, daughter of minnie (Craven) Grady and James McCoy, was born March 8, 1937 in Boone. She graduated from Ogden High school and the Bernet College of Cosmetology in Ames. On Aug 4, 1956 she married Walter Anderson of Boone. She was the owner/operator of the Mari Larene Beauty Salon in boone before her retirement. She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister. Survivors include her husband;two sons and daughters-in-laws. Gary and Michele Anderson of Arlington heights Ill and Bruce and Mary Anderson of Boone: Five granddaughters, emily,elizabeth,and Catherine Anderson of boone and Abigail and Grace Anderson of Arlington Heights Ill. Four sisters and one brother-in-law Leone Sink of Auburn Washington,Anselma Hermann of Donna Texas,Carolyn and J. Clark Douglas of Madrid, Evelyn Kruse of Polk City; four brothers and three sister in laws. M. Dean and Juanita Mccoy of Boone,Dewayne and dorothy Mccoy of Newton Kowa, James and June McCoy of Savannah Ill,and Robert Grady of Zearing and several neices and nephews. Visitation will be until 9P.m. today at the Schroeder-Walter Funeral Home at fifth and Story streets. Teh family will be present from 7-9 at the funeral home. The visitation will continue from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday. Memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church of Boone.
