Biography
Died in a traffic accident of concussions, brain hemorrhages and blunt force trauma. Left behind one son who was 17 at the time of death, Juan Leroy McCoy named after Frank's grandfather. Frank was divorced and estranged from his wife for many years. A former teacher, Navy veteran, author and cartoonist. He wrote for the JFK newspaper during his service in the Navy. He also has two sisters, two nieces and many cousins.
