Clarence was born 29 Mar 1894 at Caddo, Blue, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory, the son of Alvah McCoy and Georgia Carr Clarence passed away 14 Jun 1942 at Durant, Bryan, Oklahoma. He is buried at the Highland Cemetery, Durant, Bryan County, Oklahoma.[2]
Clarence enlisted in the Army on 16 July 1917, he was discharged on 23 June 1919. He was a 1st. Sargent.
