Mary (McCullough) Hunter was a Bounty Immigrant to New South Wales.
Mary was born in 1820 and baptised at St Columbs Church of Ireland on 15 Jan 1820. She was the daughter of William McCullough and Penelope Dowd. [1]
After immigrating to Australia in 1838 on the 'Parland', under the protection of her brother's family [2], Mary married William Hunter at St Andrew's Scots Church, Sydney in 1838. [3]
She died on 26 Mar 1885, aged 65 at the residence of her niece, Mrs Ellinor Grimes at Valley, Queensland. [4]
