Hi Patty,

I need your help. Due to the word "or" in the LNAB (Last Name at Birth) field and two last names, it has created a '774 Wrong word in Last Name at Birth' error code on this profile and most likely her father's. I am unable to resolve this as only the originator of the profile can change LNAB.

I was able to find the S.S. Apps and Claims and her marriage record which both reflect the birth name of McCutchan. A suggestion: Use McCutchan as LNAB and then keep McCutcheon in the Other Last Name field so both are reflected for searching and research purposes.

If you go to edit, then look at LNAB field, you can edit it and then list reason. This will regenerate a new profile number.

Thank you! ~Data Doctors
