Richard was born in 1908. He is the son of Jim McDonagh and Jessie Mortimer. [1]
he married Jean Dulcie Collard 1910–1991 in Western Australia in 1939.
Richard enlisted for service in World War II in Perth.
[3] In 1968 he was employed as a printers assistant.
He passed away in 1991 and is buried at Karrakatta Cemetery.[4]
