Biography
Eva was born in 1859. She passed away in 1925. She was the daughter of George A. McDonald and Mary Angeline Loudy. [1]
She was the oldest child in a family of 4 boys & 4 girls. Her father was a farmer, living for a time at the St. Croix Indian reservation in northwest Wisconsin, near Hertel in Burnett County. According to family information, this is where Eva was born.
Eva and John met in Minnesota, when their families lived across the Mississippi River from each other. They became great friends, attending church and parties together. They married at St. Cloud, MN on January 5, 1876. [2]
She is buried in Seattle, Washington. [3]

Conflicting data: her death certificate gives birthplace as Missouri. But, all census records say Wisconsin.
