Elspet was born on 13 Feb 1824 in Cromdale and Inverallan, Inverness-shire, Scotland and baptized there on 8 Mar 1824.[1]

She married John Grant on 11 Aug 1842 in Cromdale.[2]

She died on 14 Jun 1903 in Glenlochy, Abernethy and Kincardine, Inverness-shire.[3]
