Know all men these present that one J.F. LEE and Manda LEE his wife, J.B. ISHAM and J.M. ISHAM his wife, M.H. HULSEY and D.K. HULSEY his wife, J.H. MCDONALD and N.A. MCDONALD his wife, M.E. LEE, E.B. DAVIS and Margaret DAVIS his wife of the county of Fannin and State of Texas and John MCDONALD and M.J. MCDONALD his wife of the county of Grayson and State of Texas and A.B. LARGE and Jane LARGE his wife, Mary MCDONALD, Middleton MCDONALD and John S. MCDONALD of the county of Nolan and State of Texas all heirs of the Estate of Middleton MCDONALD deceased for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars to us in hand paid by R.B. GLOVER, M.J. GLOVER and W.L. GLOVER of the county of Fannin and State of Texas the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and for a further consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars hereafter to be paid by the said R.B. GLOVER, M.J. GLOVER and W. L. GLOVER which payment shall be made as soon as the deed is perfected by all the parties whose names appear in this deed shall have signed and R.B. GLOVER, M.J. GLOVER and W. L. GLOVER their heirs and assigns forever and we do hereby bind ourselves or heirs executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto the said R.B. GLOVER, M.J. GLOVER and W. L. GLOVER their heirs and assigns against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.

ISHAM his wife, J.T. LEE and M.C. LEE his wife, E.B. DAVIS and Margaret DAVIS his wife, and J.J. MCDONALD known to me to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the foregoing instrument and acknowledged to me that they executed the same for the purposes and consideration therein specified and the said N.A. MCDONALD wife of the said J.H. MCDONALD, M.J. ISHAM wife of the said J.B. ISHAM M.C. LEE wife of the said J.F. LEE and Margaret DAVIS wife of the said E.B. DAVIS they having been examined by me separate and apart from their said husbands and having the same by me fully explained to them and they the said N.A. MCDONALD, M.J. ISHAM M.C. LEE and Margaret DAVIS acknowledged such instrument to me to be their act and deed and that they had willingly signed the same for the purposes and consideration therein expressed and that they did not wish to retract it.
