Alexander, his son John and daughter Charity came to Fayette County, PA in 1808 from Frederick County, MD. Later John married Orpha Davidson, a native of Fayette County, and had 8-9 children. John and Alexander were cabinet makers and carpenters. Charity was never married. Alexander, John and Charity were buried in Dunlap Creek Presbyterian Cemetery in Fayette County.
