Biography
Hugh Arthur was born in 1856. Hugh Arthur McElroy ... According to the Arkansas Death Index 1914-1950, he died Jan 26 1930. His Arkansas death certificate lists his name as "Henry" McElroy, of Greene County, AR. His daughter in law's family gave information for the death certificate.
