Biography
John was born in 1876. He is the son of John McEwen and Jessie Unknown.
During the 1901 census John was living in Westgate, Newcastle with his mother and father and seven siblings. [1] John was a Boot Repairer during that time, Jessie a confectioner and John a Plumer and Gas Fitter.
