Isaac's wife was Eleanor Leslie McFadden, born on 9-27-1840, died on January 1, 1902. Their daughter, Mary Amelia "Mollie" McFadden Green, born 1-9-1862, married William Rufus Green, and died in Bradley Co., Arkansas on 1-1-1902.

This Isaac's father was William Patton McFadden, who died in Santa Barbara D'Oeste, Sao Paulo, Brazil on March 2, 1899. He was a member of Los Confederados, who were Confederate ex-patriats that moved to Brazil after the Civil War.
