Biography

James was born about 1770. He is thought to have died after 1819 as the only linked child of this profile was born about 1820. He was the son of James McFarland and Jane Price.

Death conflict:

Debbie HOWELL posted on 12 January 2015 that James McFARLAND died after 1780. However the date of 1780 is before his proposed birth date of 1790 and thus it is obvious he would have died after the 1780 date. To avoid confusion and the errors that this entry of the date of death caused, the death date of after 1780 was removed on 1 December 2017.
