Harold was born in 1909. He was the son of Benjamin McGee and Iva Vanatta. He passed away in 1982. He is buried in Springfield, Oregon. [1]
Harry McGee owned and operated several businesses.. From 1943 to 1950, he owned the Harry McGee Trucking Company of Springfield, and operated 14 diesel log trucks. From 1951 until 1959, he owned Springfield Boats & Motors, and his hobby was outboard motor repair. Harry also worked in mobile home sales and before moving to Springfield, Oregon he was selected top mobile home salesperson in the State of Oregon. He worked in Portland for 10 years before moving to the Eugene area. He was a member of the Eugene Elks Lodge No. 357. Harry McGee was a resident of the community for over 40 years. He died at his home, 33610 Hampton Road, south of Eugene, Oregon.
