Cecily was born on 12 July 1881 in Prince Edward Island. She was the daughter of Philip McGee and Elizabeth Trainor. She was baptized on 7 Aug. 1881 at St. Paul's Church in Sturgeon. [1]
In 1901, Cecily (age 20) was living in Queens, Prince Edward Island with her parents, siblings, and cousin Augustin. [2]
Cecily died in 1933. She was buried in Saint Paul's Roman Catholic Cemetery in Sturgeon, Kings, Prince Edward Island. She was buried with her husband Emmitt McGuigan. [3][4]
