Homer Henderson McGee was born 8 Sep 1878 in Pilot Point, Texas. He is the son of G A McGee and Rebecca McGee. G.A was born in Alabama. Rebecca was born in Texas.^[1] In 1880 Homer's family was living in Caldwell, Texas.

The 1900 United States Census shows Homer as a boarder in Sutton, Texas.^[2] He is 22 and single.

He married Hester Ophelia Worley 17 Apr 1900 in Cooke, Texas.^[3][4]

Homer died 1 Sep 1931 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He is buried in Rosemont Cemetery in Wichita Falls, Texas.^[6] Homer's death certificate shows his father as Thomas McGee from Tennessee.^[7]
