Jessie McGhie (married name Queripel) was born in 1874 in Berlin, Colony of Victoria (later known as Rheola, Victoria)[1]. Her parents were William McGHIE and Catherine CAMPBELL.
QUERIPEL.— On the 24th April, at Sister Leitch's private hospital, Inglewood, Jessie, beloved wife of Charles, and loving mother of Charles (Mildura), Maud (Mrs. Hargraves, Arnold West), Daphne (Mrs. A. Heather, Castlemaine), Doris (Mrs. G. Hansford, Pyramid), and Lora (Rheola).
