William Chester McGinn was born 24 January ,1902 at Three Brooks, Gordon Parish, Victoria County,New Brunswick,Canada.[1]
Chester William McGinn, age 31, married Phoebe Elizabeth Giberson, age 18, on 25 August,1934 in Plaster Rock, Victoria County,New Brunswick. Born and resident at Three Brooks, he listed his occupation as farmer. Phoebe was born and resident in Arthurette, Victoria County, New Brunswick. She was the daughter of Charles Giberson and Christina McCarty. Witnesses were Mr and Mrs Alex Brown of Plaster Rock.[2]
