Biography

Stephen A. McGowan (Arthur) is the son of Stephen R. McGowan and Mary C. Kline. He was born in 1917 in Connecticut, and is in the 1920 Census with his parents and Kline grandparents. ^[1] Arthur is with his father in the 1940 Census in Stamford, CT. ^[2] He married and had children.
