Biography
Abraham Garfield McGregor, son of James W. McGregor and Sarah Elizabeth (Dunbar) McGregor, was born 20 August 1880 in Caldwell County, Kentucky. [1] [2] [3]
He married Essie Oldham on 27 April 1903 in Madisonville, Hopkins, Kentucky. [1]
He passed away, age 78, in Dawson Springs, Hopkins, Kentucky on 17 February 1959 and was buried at Rosedale Cemetery, Dawson Springs, Hopkins County, Kentucky. [2] [3]
Research Notes
According to McGregor researcher, Ora (Butler) Locker, Abraham was married three times. He married 2nd, Bertha Rye on 2 Jan 1946 and 3rd, Elsie Alice Clayton on 23 November 1946.[4]
