Donald was born in 1877. He is the son of Leonard McGregor and Ann Stewart.
Donald was with his parents in Celt street in 1881 [1]
In 1891 Donald was an apprentice weaver, he was the oldest child of 6 and aged 14 in 1891 In the 1891 census Donald (age 14), Woollen Weaver (App), was a son at 52, Street, Inverness, Inverness.[2]
