Biography

Lawrence was born about 1777 in Bedford County, Virginia, where his father was a known resident. He was the son of Lawrence McGuire and Mary McKinney.

Lawrence married Margaret Peggy McCoun in 1797 Kentucky. At the time of the marriage, Peggy's mother's name is given as Nancy Parkes and her father had passed away.

Based on the 1850 census, Lawrence was a Physician.

Margaret died in 1839 Sabine County, Texas and Lawrence passed away in 1853, also in Sabine Co.
