Notes

Name variations: Her first name is usually recorded as 'Annie', except in 1911 census, where it is shown as 'Anny' [2]. Her last name was misspelled in 1891 and 1901 censuses: 'Rowser' [5]; 'Rossa' [1].

Death: Letter from Annie's brother in law [Griffith Walters ROSSER] to his nephew [William Walters ROSSER] on 16 Dec 1914 stated that his wife [Mary MCINNES] had lost her sister in June. [This may have been Annie, but could also have been another sister]. [Definitely not Annie - we now know she died in 1931].
