Patti, the picture you added to Grandpa Lantz on 13 Apr 2020 https://www.wikitree.com/photo/jpg/Stillinger-71 is not Grandma Edith Lantz. It is a picture of Edith Marie Stillinger Lantz's mother Edith Pearl Bell Stillinger Rinterman. Hope this helps.

I went ahead and merged our Grandma Lantz entry because someone else suggested we do it. I hope you don't mind.

Patti it's great to have a cousin on WikiTree. I have added lots of information on the Lantz family and proposed 2 merges (grandpa and your mother) which I added to WikiTree in 2017. If you need any help let me know.

Hi Claire, Thanks for getting intouch with me. I am slowly learning and I have a cousin on the site too that has lots of information to share. I'll be sure and get ahold of you if I run into a road block. the only one I can think of right now is that I have a 1st cousin who's father was adopted and we're thinking it was my mom's family but he is deceased and I was wondering how to connect him without means of DNA.

That's a great question, Patti.

Since you have already uploaded your DNA, it could show a blood relationship once you have made the father a WikiTree profile. To be sure, I'd ask the Adoption Angels. They will definitely know. Here's their link: https://www.wikitree.com/contact/adoption/.

Glad you're having fun, taking your time, asking questions.

 :)
