Biography

Samuel McIvor migrated from Ireland to New Zealand.

Samuel was born 7 February 1896 at Gortavoy, County Tyrone, Ireland. He was the son of Hugh McIvor and Margaret McMinn. ^[1]

He emigrated to New Zealand aboard the Arawa departing 29 May 1914; traveling with a James McIvor (24). ^[2]

In 1921 in New Zealand, he married Olive Elenar Bell. ^[3]

He passed away 5 November 1967 age 71 at Hamilton. ^{[4] [5] [6]}
