Mr and Mrs John K Mckay celebrated their 50th anniversary of their wedding which took place in Spring Valley Prince Edward Island December 16 1885. [2][3]
John Keir McKay died in Edmonton on Feb 20 1945 at age 82, survived by sons Art and RL, daughters Mrs John Duggan, Kensington; Mrs Charles Knight, Calgary; Mrs Gorgon Oyler and Lois of Edmonton. [4]
