Biography
Sarah was born in 1834, the daughter of Jonas Tilden McKay and Matilda (Ferguson) McKay. She married Thomas Larew Allen in 1853,[1] and they had three children: (Horace M (1855), William H (1857), and Edwin L (1861).[2]
Sarah was widowed with Thomas's death in 1868, and she did not remarry. She passed away in 1910[3] and is buried beside her husband at Miami Cemetery in Warren County, Ohio.[4]
