Barbara McKay / Mackay was born on 18 October 1861 at Bowraville, in the Colony of New South Wales. She was the daughter of John McKay and his wife Johanna. [1]
She married Sydney Ainsworth in 1882 at Kempsey, New South Wales. [2]
She died, aged 85, on 15 January 1947 at her home in Dalley Street, Mullumbimby, New South Wales, Australia, and was buried at the Mullumbimby Cemetery. [3] [4] [5]
