Fanny McKay was born in Kingarth in 1792. She was the daughter of Robert McKay and Mary Muir [1]
Fanny did not marry or have children but in 1841 she was living with her nieces and nephews. The children of he brothers Archibald and Daniel. Her brother Archibald was still living at this time but his wife may have died. Daniel and his wife had probably died but no records exist.
