Source: S14 Personal knowledge of Dorothy Isabella Urquhart, [ADDRESS FOR PRIVATE USE]\. Note: After the death of Dorothy Isabella Urquhart, all of her genealogy records were found in two file cabinet drawers. It consisted mainly of typewritten, handwritten and photocopied information. There were a few original copies of some material, and many of the notes included microfilm numbers were the information came from. Also included were families stories and personal knowledge information. Much of the data requires verification, but is still an excellent starting point.

The Loyalist Lineages of Canada, 1783-1983 is a bicentennial project undertaken by the Toronto Branch of the United Empire Loyalists' Association of Canada to commemorate the sttlement of the Loyalists in Canada. This unique collection contains the lineages of more than 1300 members of the Association whose documented applications for membership have been accepted since 1970, as well as those of members who have supplemented their earlier records with additional documentary evidence. Note: Although much of this information has been docmented, I have found numerous errors in this book. It is a great source of Loyalist info, but should not be considered positive proof of anything without additional documentation. File Format: jpg Scrapbook: Y PHOTO
