DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with James by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with James:
McKEE-2261 and McKee-891 appear to represent the same person because: The last names are actually the same, except McKee-2261 has the last two letters capitalized and the system doesn't recognize them as matching. They do appear to be clear duplicates, though. The father is correct on McKee-891. We should keep that. Merging will also clean up some of the half-sibling relationships that are actually full sisters/brothers, as this clean-up of duplicates continues. Thank you.
