In the 1910 census Warren (age 18) was the single son of Nellie McKelvey in Zanesville Ward 3, Muskingum, Ohio, United States.^[3]

Warren (age 24), son of Wm. T. McKelvey and Nellie Shaniger, married Sarah Frances Osborne (age 28 on 2 Jun 1915) on 3 Jan 1916 in Muskingum, Ohio, United States.^[4]

Warren died (age 72) on 11 Feb 1963 in Warrensville Heights, Cuyahoga, Ohio, United States^[5], and was buried at Hillcrest Cemetery, Bedford Heights, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.^[6]
