Elizabeth was born on 25 April 1850 in Perth, Western Australia.[1] She is the daughter of Patrick McKinley and Rose Hackett.
She married August William Mathew Lubker in Perth in 1890.[2]

LUBKER. — On December 6, 1931, at Subiaco, Elizabeth, wife of the late Augusta Lubker, and loved aunt of Mrs. Cecily Brennan (North Perth), Mrs. Cyril Winnen (Port Augusta), and Mrs. Pat Dwyer (Mt. Lawley) ; aged 81 years.[3]

When there was only one house in Loton Park, or the southerly portion of the vast North Perth area, it was occupied by Mrs. Elizabeth Lubker, who has just died at her home in Beaufort-street at the age of 81 years. Mrs. Lubker was an old colonist, being the daughter of two early settlers in Western Australia, the late Mr. and Mrs. Patrick M'Kinley.[4]
