Biography
John McKinly was born on February 24, 1721 in Ulster, Ireland. In 1761, he married Jane "Jenny" Richardson, a brother of the Quaker miller, Richard Richardson. They had no children. He passed away on August 31, 1796 in Wilmington, Delaware
