Biography

Nellie was born in 1908. She was the daughter of Michael Kinsey McKinney and Edith Evans. ^{[1] [2] [3]}

Note: Delayed birth certificate was issued in Washington County, Georgia for her birth that occurred in Fannin County, Georgia where her parents resided at the time of her birth.

She married first on 14 Jun 1940 at Polk County, Tennessee (across state line from Fannin County, Georgia) to Lloyd Payne ^{[4] [5]} and they had children: ^[6]

Edward's mother Mary resided with them in 1950.
