- Caroline is not on the 1870 but Laura is, Joshua married her in ILLINOIS, 1866.......
- So question is??? Did Caroline die in childbirth of Elizabeth?
- But the census says Elizabeth was born in Illinois, 5 years after her brother or STEPBROTHER Lafeyette was born in OHIO.
- SO I am thinking Caroline died in Ohio and Joshua moved the family to Illinois.
