Biography
His death certificate and WWI Draft [1] both have 17 October 1874 which matches the year of birth on 1880 census.[2]
Charles SSN source gives his date of birth as 9 Dec 1874 and his middle name as Anthony.[3] This middle name differs from the middle initial "B" found on his 1910 census [4] and his WWI Draft record referenced above where he signed his name Charles Boronco McLaughlin.

McLaughlin-3133 and McLaughlin-3129 appear to represent the same person because: You had Charles 1878 linked as son of Cornelius born 1870. I think the 1878 profile is actually Charles Anthony because in 1900 census his birth was listed as Oct 1877 in error.
