Biography
James was born in 1864. He was the son of James McLaughlin and Susan Crampsie.
He married Elizabeth Packer in Brisbane, Queensland on 7th May 1904. They moved to North Queensland where he worked on the railway and in the Hambledon Sugar Mill. They had 3 children: Susanna, James and Sarah Jane.
He passed away in 1947.
