Biography
William McLaughlin immigrated to the United States from Ireland in the 1850s. He married Margaret Dougherty. William served his new country in the Civil War in Company M, New York 15th Engineers Regiment 7. He passed away in 1902 and is buried in Saint Mary's Cemetery, Corning, Steuben, New York.
