Biography

Cecile was born in 1908. She was the daughter of George McLauglin and Josie Rusmisel. ^[1]The 1910 census shows Cecile living in her grand father McLaughlin's household with her mother and father in Pocahontas County, West Virginia..^[2] The 1920 census shows her living with her parents in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. ^[3] In 1926 Cecile married her husband June Lee McLaughlin in West Virginia. ^[4]The 1930 and 1940 census shows her living in West Virginia with her husband and children.^{[5] [6]}Cecile passed away in 1965. ^[7][8]
