Biography

Cecil Roy McLaughlin was born 4 August 1877 at Vernon, Shiawassee, Michigan the son of Harvey B. McLaughlin and Helen Rockwell.^[1]

Cecil and Jennie Perry married 24 October 1900 at Durand, Shiawassee, Michigan.^[2]

Cecil died in April 1966 at Pinellas, Florida.^[3]

1918 Draft Registration - occupation cashier, Dearborn State Bank. Tall, medium build, blue eyes and dark brown hair.
