Percy was born in 1877. He was the son of George McLellan and Mary Pedley. [1]
In the 1891 census Percy (age 14) was living with his parents and siblings in Bedford, St Paul, Bedfordshire, England.[2]
Percy (age 32), son of George Andrew McLellan, married Alice Maud Wills on 21 September 1909 in Northampton, St James, Northamptonshire, England.[3]
In the 1911 census Percy (age 34), Clerk Board Of Trade Bankruptcy Department, was the married head of household at 17 Orchard Cottages New Duston, Northamptonshire, England.[4]
