Lewis was born in Ontario in 1882, the son of George McMahon and Mary Mack.[1] He married Grace A. Barclay in Michigan in 1906[2] and was later married to Ethel M. (Rise) McKimmy.[3] Lewis passed away in 1960 and is buried in Gladwin, Michigan.[4]
