Biography

Mortagh McMahon was the son of Mortagh McMahon of Clooneenagh (Clonina), County Clare, Ireland. He was a minor when his father died in 1711.

He was an attorney and appears to have converted to Protestantism.

Mortagh married Jane Stacpoole, the widow of William Bourke.[1][2]

He died in 1752.[1]
