Helen was born in 1917. She was the daughter of John McMichael and Jewell Snow. In 1920, the family was living in Bienville Parish, Louisiana.[1] By 1930, the family was residing in Webster Parish, Louisiana.[2]
She married Ellis Felix Cochran prior to 1939, as they were married and living with his parents in 1940 in Webster Parish, and had a one year old son, Carol Wayne Cochran.[3]
By July, 2000. Helen had moved to Ruston, Louisiana, where she appears to have lived until her death in 2009. She was widowed in 1989.
Helen passed away in 2009.[4] Burial was in the Old Sarepta Cemetery in Sarepta, Webster Parish, Louisiana.[5]
