Biography
Walter was born about 1885.
He is the son of James McMillan and Catherine Hogg.
In 1891 Walter was living at 34 Pentland Rows, near Loanhead, Midlothian with his parents and siblings. He was a scholar.[1]
In 1901 Walter was living at Ushers Cottages, Ratho with his parents, siblings and two lodgers. He was a shale miner.[2]
